The First Lord of the Admiralty read to the Cabinet a telegram he had received the same day from the Naval Commander-in-Chief in China, to the following effect:- Prisoners state that the pirate gang was composed of 22 men: the reports received up to now are r ther conflicting, but it seems probable that practically all the pirates have been accounted for and that the only individual missing is a passenger who is a half-caste British subject who was possibly killed or drowned: Naval units have been recalled to Hong Kong,
